"I lie to you because I care about yo feelings"

I jus wanna note that Netflix is a godsend! That has nothing to do with what I plan to have this post be about, but It's what I'm doing right now, so I wanted to pay my respects! It's about 2:40am and i've been up for the past many hours... on netflix... watching any and everything to pass the time... (Did you know that the Situation from Jersey Shore has a workout video????) smdh, anywho, I was watching these diff movies and I got to thinking about the matter of telling lies. Now, some lies are told simply because you did something you wasnt suppose to, and you don't wanna get in trouble... another reason would be due to not wanting to hurt someone else feelings.

Question... Would you rather be told the truth, in fear of your feelings being hurt or becoming angry, or would you rather someone lie to you in order to spare your feelings?

Alot of people would claim to want the truth, but some can't handle it, then go to wishin they never knew. Or... They know the truth already, without having to even ask the other person, but they're so caught up that they push those doubts to the side in hopes that its all in their heads. In major denial.. I'm one of those people... I think about things alot... More than I should at times. But it can be a good thing because I see facts before they actually come to light. Oddly enough, I've never been wrong. This type of power could be a good thing in the hands of someone who sees the warning and takes caution.. You know, like, you see on the news ****Hurricane watch set for 9pm in the following cities**** You get the fuck outta dodge right... Nope... Not me... I'm one of the people who sit there and let the hurricane come to me sayin to myself "I'll be alright. They're exaggerating." I can tell when someone isn't being legit with me, buh sometimes, I don't care. Which is a major flaw for my own benifit. I keep going back to my friend sayin to me "How do you get yourself into these situations" Lol idk... I really don't. maybe i'll figure it out one day before i get caught up in anymore hurricanes! =)
